Within one year of purchase all jewelry will be repaired at no charge provided there are no parts missing and the item has not been damaged by the recipient. If any stones need to be replaced there will be a charge for missing materials. There is no charge for labor but there will be a charge for shipping.
For repairs after one year there will be a charge for any missing materials and labor plus shipping. Any fee for shortening, lengthening or changing a design will be based on the number of strands and time involved and should be requested in advance.
To return, please follow steps below.
1. Get a Return Merchandise Account (RMA) Number by sending email to email@example.com

We guarantee our products 100%. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your selection, you may return it within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. For returns within 21-60 days after delivery, a store credit will be issued. Shipping is non-refundable. Store credit only on all Sale items. ALL JEWELRY MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. We cannot accept any item that has obvious signs of use or damage.
