SHIPPING
• We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
• When ordering, please enter a physical address for delivery.
• All orders are shipped within 48 hours unless an item is not in stock.
• For Rush Delivery, request UPS or FedEx 2nd Day or Next Day Air Service
• We DO ship to most countries. Send an email for shipping charge which varies by weight and destination.
PURCHASES UNDER $60 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A FLAT SHIPPING RATE OF $5. SELECT CUSTOM SHIPPING.
RETURNS
We guarantee all our products 100%. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your selection, you may return it within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. After that time, a credit will be issued. Shipping is non-refundable. ALL JEWELRY MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. We cannot accept any item that has obvious signs of use or damage.
REPAIRS
Any jewelry that needs repair within one year of purchase will be fixed at no charge provided there are no parts missing and the item has not been damaged by the recipient. If any stones need to be replaced there will be a charge for missing materials. There is no charge for labor but there will be a slight charge for shipping.
For repairs after one year there will be a charge for any missing materials and labor plus shipping. Any fee for shortening, lengthening or changing a design will be based on the number of strands and time involved and should be requested in advance.
To return, please follow steps below.
1. Get a Return Merchandise Account (RMA) Number by sending email to info@bessheitner.com
2. Securely pack your returns including the original packaging slip, and send to: Bess Heitner 510 E. 23rd Street, Ste. 10-H New York, NY 10010.
