Recently I attended a show at the Javitz Center in NY and stocked up on some stunning brand new Amy Kahn Russell earrings and pins.  This is one of the most gorgeous pin/pendants I've ever seen and am tempted to keep it for myself.  It features a large nautilus shell scattered blue topaz and freshwater pearls and a beautifully carved sterling silver mermaid perched in the center. I rarely see anything quite like this.  Can also be the center of a necklace you create. 3-1/2"
