Art Deco vintage Buckle on Kyanite Wood Chain

I don't know how far back this amazing half buckle goes but it was among my grandmother's belongings.  It features subtly shaded bakelite with a black rectangle and silver bands.  The necklace is made with rich blue kyanite, Brazilian wood hexagons, and thin African stamped rondels.  Incredibly unusual.  Can be worn alone or paired with a shorter version of the necklace.
