*A longtime Venetian beadmaker dreamed these elaborate multi textured beads over the summer during his August vacation. Not telling anyone, not even his wife or daughter, he began working with a childhood friend who paints porcelain in Venice. They are his exclusive creation. Making this unique bead takes two skills, first the making of the Murano Glass beads and secondly, the painting of the porcelain and then firing the porcelain to the glass. They are 3 dimension and exquisite. They are first made as the bead, here using 24kt gold foil and then the hand painting of the porcelain is done with a final firing. This version features a 40mm bluing and 25mm translucent gold highlight. Very rare and limited.
