Beautiful with or without the tassel

I’ve been looking for a blue statement necklace and this is perfect. I requested it without the tassel and, though the feeling is different, it is exactly what I was hoping for. As a bonus, my husband will consider it in place of a tie for more formal evenings when we cruise!
