Strikingly subtle

I liked the slight variation among druzy stones of even shape and size. All the natural colors are low-keyed but pop when placed beside one another. These effects of shape and color, though subtle, instantly caught my eye during an unrelated web search. Anient Greek had a word, poikilma, for this variegated intricacy. Sold!
