Handpainted Jewelry- Art Deco Woman by Erte

This fabulous pendant features a beautiful woman in a lavish art deco gold trimmed cape on an elaborate balcony with a corrugated 14K bead crowning her headdress.  It is a hand-painted Russian pendant  by the father of art deco, Erte (a French Russian artist). The art nouveau style of this painting provides a gorgeous design for this exquisite pendant. The backing is a large piece of black agate and the front side of it has been painted with 24K gold. The pendant hangs from Grade AAA glowing wire-wrapped mocha pearls, Swarovski crystals, and faceted onyx swirls. Each pendant is signed by the artist who painted it.
